Drift recently worked with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation on a piece which profiled the Brass Monkeys Winter Speed Challenge. The 2 minute segment was produced for for ABC Open, and features interviews with a bunch of windsurfers at Inverloch who chase the fastest speeds on the coldest day.
The segment will be compiled with other sport profiles in a project called 110%.
Drift Media is profiled in the ABC Open Gippsland blog as part of the project.

The Brass Monkeys segment was also picked up by ABC News 24 and screened on October 31 to a National audience.

Drift recently filmed a gig of local swamp/ surf/ rockabilly band The Voodoo Swamp Daddies.

The 3 piece played a great set at Lucky 13’s Garage in Moorabbin.

Camera Op- Michael Green approached the gig with a unique outlook.  “we’ve been using go pros for a long time- especially for high action content” he says, “and so I thought why not try them in a band environment?…I mean they are light, have a nice wide angle and can capture continuously for 90 mins.”.

Michael teamed the go pro footage up with a SONY Ex1 chase camera.  “Essentially as a single camera set up, it gives me heaps of different angles to chose from”.
